Two Quick Yakovlev-related items

I'll be on this Saturday's edition of the CBC Radio One program, The House, which airs at 9 a.m. in Toronto on FM 99.1. They tell me they'll post a podcast of the program after it airs, and apparently to download the podcast you go here. Also, I believe this Saturday's Globe and Mail Books section is to contain a column by longtime McDonald's Canada CEO George Cohon that rebuts aspects of Amy Knight's review of my book. And then in the same edition of the section Knight will respond to Cohon's points. (If it doesn't happen this week, the column / rebuttal will be in the following week's Books section.) Meanwhile, this weekend I'm up in beautiful Midland, Ontario, presenting my book at the 2008 Authors' Series.

Update (July 12): The Globe did run Cohon's rebuttal, and Knight's reply to it. To read it, click here.
